Return Policy

Although we hope you love all your items from Rotaplas we have a return policy that if the product you have purchased from us arrives damaged , you can return that product to us within 10-14 days of receiving the product we will happily replace, repair or credit the original purchase price of that product and arrange shipping of it back to us.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the NZ Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

When an item has been ordered incorrectly by the customer or a change of mind occurs, the customer may return that item to Rotaplas provided it is in original, re-sellable condition at customers cost, a store credit may be given, this will not include a refund of the shipping cost incurred by Rotaplas.

Change of Mind includes if you have incorrectly measured the space you intend to have the product in (i.e. ute, vehicle, etc).
